CEO/Founder
Victoria attended The Annie Walsh Memorial School and furthered at The Institute of Public Administration and Management [IPAM] and The International Institute of Biblical Theology and Management [IIBTEM]respectively. She holds a Diploma in Social Work And Psychological Care and a BSc in Human Resource Management. Victoria is a Women’s Human Rights Activist who has participated in several Human Rights Trainings globally; among which are Human Rights Defenders Advocacy Program and Treaty Bodies conferences organized by International Service For Human Rights [ISHR]. She is a positive thinker who believes in education especially for women. Her passion for the girl child is overwhelming and her dream to help teenage mothers and women go back to school is unmatched thereby helping them fulfill their dreams and giving them a better future. Through the Association For Women and Children At Risk charity, Victoria strives for the potentials of women and girls to be enhanced; bringing them from a state of low well being to a high well being.
Mr. Leonard J. Bundeh – Bsc Education [Economics]. Ag. Principal – Chrystals Vocational Training Centre. Have been part of Tech/Voc. Education since 2008. His burning desire is to help marginalized women and girls succeed in life.
Mrs Stella Mary Smith

Head of The Social Services Department at The Freetown City Council, Sierra Leone. She studied Social Work And Psychological Care at IPAM – University of Sierra Leone. She also shares Victoria’s dream of empowering vulnerable groups.
Mrs Marian Beckley Trustee
Studied at Waltham college. She is an entrepreneur. Marian’s passion in enhancing potentials of women and girls is mind blowing. She also shares Victoria’s dream of putting women on the helm.
Dr. Fatmata Munu , A young and astute doctor. She too shares the vision of empowering women and girls and is putting all her skills and talents to use in order to enrich the lives of these vulnerable groups..

Developmet Services of Westchester in New York. She believes that every girl has the right to be empowered She was inspired by the work of Victoria..
Dr. Fatu-Amie Kalokoh Trustee.
Studied Medicine at College of Medicine And Allied Health Sciences [Premed 1-2] Vinnitsa National Medical University [Yr 1-6] Licensed Doctor from Ukraine and lives in England. She
pursues her mother’s passion and dream for the girl child by endlessly and effectively supporting her works.
Mr Malcolm Jones

An Entrepreneur, Commissioner For Oaths and President of Minerals and General Services – Employees Union. He is a dynamic and hard working veteran who believes in Victoria’s dream and has strived to ensure that the objectives of the charity are met.
Mrs Harriette Ogundeyi

A dedicated teaher and Head Teacher who shares Victoria’s dream. She is also very interested in women ́s empowerment and the girl child education and has willingly given her time to the charity as Board Chairperson.
